The big news of this past week: judge’s ruling
Next week will be a week off from the trial. BUT – the big news of this past week is that the judge ruled that all of the voters behind the rejected VBMs must testify. MSTA’s attorney tried to get a ruling that the voters could simply certify that they had voted in secret, but the judge believed that there are too many improprieties (thanks again Renee!). The case will resume a week from Tuesday.
